Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products (ebooks, PDFs, templates, courses) are non-refundable due to their instant-download nature.

If your file is defective, email yvette@empowerwomenwinners.com within 7 days of purchase with your transaction ID for assistance.

Physical Products (books, workbooks, journals) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
